Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vretx / sqpxcy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Business Status & Liability

Services are provided as a hobbyist/passion project under German law (Liebhaberei). The annual profit stays below the 410€ limit for private sales. There is no official business registration. Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. The provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services.

3. Anti-Abuse & Scraping Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under German law (§ 238 StGB - Nachstellung) and international regulations:

• Automated data scraping or harvesting of contact information
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
• Trolling, harassment, or abusive use of provided contact methods

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of a project and receipt of agreed compensation, the client receives full ownership rights to the final code/assets delivered, unless specified otherwise in a separate written agreement. The provider retains the right to display the work in their portfolio.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
