This website is operated by sqpxcy, a private individual based in Germany. This is a personal portfolio website, not a commercial business. No goods or services are sold through this site. Compensation (if any) for freelance work is received in Robux (Roblox virtual currency), not in legal tender.

2. What data is processed and why?

This website does not actively collect any personal data. However, as is technically unavoidable with any website, your browser sends a request to the server when you visit. This request may include:

• Your IP address
• The time of the request
• Your browser type and operating system
• The page you requested

This data is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, solely for infrastructure security purposes (e.g. DDoS protection). The site owner does not have access to individual user request logs.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare acts as a Content Delivery Network (CDN), DDoS protection provider, and hosting service. Data may be processed on servers located within and outside the EU. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not set any tracking cookies, session cookies, or marketing cookies. The only data stored in your browser is a localStorage key named sqpxcy_v1. This key is set to 1 once you dismiss the cookie notice. It is stored entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to any server. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

5. No Analytics, No Advertising

This website does not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, or any similar third-party analytics or advertising tool.

6. External Links (Discord)

This portfolio contains links to Discord (discord.com / discord.gg). When you click these links, you leave this website and interact with Discord's services directly. Discord has its own privacy policy which applies: discord.com/privacy. This website uses the Referrer-Policy: no-referrer HTTP header, which means your browser will not send the URL of this page to Discord when you click a link.

7. Google Fonts

This site uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). The font files are loaded directly from Google's servers when you visit the page, which means Google receives your IP address. This is technically necessary to serve the fonts. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Security Measures

This website transmits all data exclusively over HTTPS. HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is enabled. A strict Content Security Policy (CSP) is in place to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks. DDoS protection is provided by Cloudflare.

9. Your Rights under GDPR / DSGVO

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
